Welcome to Tanishka Maid Agency. By availing of our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Tanishka Maid Agency specializes in providing reliable and professional services, including Baby Care, Japa Maid, Nanny, Patient Care, Nursing, House Caretaker, Cook, Kitchen Helper, Driver, and Senior Citizen Caretaker.
All personnel provided are thoroughly verified and trained to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Service Charge: Clients must pay one month’s salary of the hired candidate along with 18% GST as an agency service charge.
Replacement Period: A six-month replacement period is offered for candidates who leave or are found unsuitable.
Maximum Replacements: A maximum of three replacements will be provided during the six-month period.
Interview Options: Telephonic or video interviews can be arranged for candidate selection prior to hiring.

The scope of work and responsibilities for the hired personnel will be defined in the job description shared at the time of hiring.
Additional duties outside the agreed scope must be discussed and compensated accordingly.

Accurate details about the service requirements must be provided at the time of booking.
Payments, including salaries and agency fees, must be made on time as per the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

In case the assigned personnel is unavailable or unsatisfactory, a replacement will be provided within 10 days of receiving a formal request.
Replacement requests are subject to valid reasons, including performance issues or personal incompatibility.

Clients must provide a safe and respectful working environment for the hired personnel.
Necessary tools, equipment, and materials (e.g., cleaning supplies, cooking utensils) must be made available.
For live-in personnel, appropriate accommodation and meals must be provided.

Tanishka Maid Agency is not responsible for damages, losses, or accidents caused by personnel unless proven intentional.
Any concerns about personnel performance or behavior should be reported immediately for resolution.

Personnel are required to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or household information they may encounter during their duties.
Clients are also expected to respect the privacy and dignity of the personnel.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior notice of ___ days.
Immediate termination is allowed in cases of misconduct, breach of agreement, or unsafe working conditions.

Tanishka Maid Agency will not be held liable for interruptions in services due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, emergencies, or pandemics.

Any disputes will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be referred to arbitration or legal proceedings as per the governing laws.

Tanishka Maid Agency reserves the right to update these terms and conditions periodically. Clients will be informed of any changes in advance.
